Aamir Ahmed, Director
Aamir has extensive experience in the construction industry, with 20 years as a civil engineer, roles as National Engineering Manager and Director of Innovation, and leading in-house culture and strategic change programmes. His MBA studies at Henley Management College and The School of Coaching programme have enabled him to combine cutting edge theory with pragmatic business management. Operating with a distinctive speed in capturing insights to his clients’ requirements, Aamir engages CEOs, senior leaders and teams - with passion, precision and presence!
Saima Butt, Director
Saima has a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Early experience in the pharmaceutical industry was followed by an MBA at the OU. She is a Master NLP Practitioner with a commitment to on-going learning, which enables her to develop a depth of understanding in people and their strategies for success. Saima combines empathy and respectful challenge to raise her clients’ awareness, and is highly regarded as a natural in coaching executives and their leadership teams with ease and elegance.
