Facilitating Integrated, Collaborative Projects
A London based property regeneration and development company approached us in their quest for innovative ways in which to achieve collaborative working with its construction and design teams on a premier flagship development. We were contacted at the earliest stages of their project team appointment process, the PCSA, in order to facilitate an integrated, collaborative approach.
WHAT THE CLIENT SAID:

“We achieved exactly what we set out to. Furthermore, so many people who had not taken part in this type of approach were not just won over, they were asking to adopt this ease of style and delivery for all major projects. We definitely will be following up with more such workshops with you.”

What the client asked for:
A launch workshop to identify key drivers for each project partner and foster alignment for project vision and goals – for it to be memorable event for the team and wider stakeholders.
What we delivered:
An interactive and fully engaged session for more than 50 participants to align individual professional and personal aspirations with project purpose and key drivers; outcomes integrated into project processes and key learnings disseminated to the wider team; and follow up sessions requested by the project team to maintain momentum and proactive energy of the launch. This collaborative approach to designing our intervention ensures buy-in from the whole team and ownership in its successful delivery and sustainability.
