Terms of Business
PAYMENT POLICY AND EXPENSES
Expenses
UK: Car journeys are claimed at fifty-five (55) pence per mile or face value of public transport costs. Venues &/or catering to be booked and paid for by the client.
International: expenses will attract home to venue to home charges such as airport transfers, flights, accommodation and meals. Please note that airports other than London Gatwick or Heathrow will incur additional charges such as an extra night of accommodation & accompanying expenses.
CHANGE ADVANTAGE INVOICES
BACS payments only with details provided upon request
If the client fails to make payments as required by the terms laid out in these Terms of Business, go into liquidation or has a receivership administrator appointed Change Advantage shall have the right to cancel the agreement and discontinue work. All sums owing at that time will immediately become payable as a debt to Change Advantage.
When Change Advantage cancels for any reason beyond their control, Change Advantage will not be held responsible for any financial, indirect loss incurred including loss of business, profit, income, missed opportunity or any consequential loss by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to take out suitable insurance cover to protect its property and business interests.

will not be held responsible for any financial, indirect loss incurred including loss of business, profit, income, missed opportunity or any consequential loss by the client. It is the Client’s responsibility to take out suitable insurance cover to protect its property and business interests.
If the Client cancels, they will be liable for all consequential charges imposed on Change Advantage by a third party and the following proportion of the agreed fees still apply and are to be paid within thirty (30) days of the cancellation date as shown in the illustration below:
Every effort is made to accommodate mutual convenience for diary management. A maximum of two (2) postponements of a specific session is acceptable before a twenty percent (20%) charge for administration is liable for that specific session’s fees.

As an ICF Accredited provider, our organisation adheres to and emphasises the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. The ICF Code of Ethics describes the ICF core values, ethical principles, and standards of behaviour for all ICF professionals. Additionally, Change Advantage commits to acting with integrity and transparency. We hold ourselves and our participants to the highest level of integrity and strive to be as transparent as possible by explicitly stating measures being taken to provide coaching, facilitation, mentoring and training programmes in an ethical manner. We do not believe in using manipulative or dishonest sales tactics and strive to provide a safe and ethical sales process.
